- Financial and Operational Analysis
- Analyze site-level and regional performance to identify margin erosion, cost inefficiencies, and pricing inconsistencies.
- Monitor KPIs, labor ratios, and expense drivers to support cost control and profitability improvement strategies.
- Build and maintain financial models to support turnaround initiatives and business cases.
- Vendor and Cost Optimization
- Evaluate vendor agreements across supplies, equipment, and subcontracted services to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
- Lead and support vendor RFPs, renegotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to streamline vendor relationships and consolidate spending where feasible.
- Turnaround and Performance Improvement
- Partner with operations leadership to identify underperforming contracts and support development of action plans.
- Support site-level audits and margin recovery plans through root cause analysis and cost containment strategies.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to support pricing, rebid, and exit decisions.
- Reporting and Insights
- Develop and distribute dashboards, margin tracking tools, and executive reports.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
- Provide decision support for new business, renewals, and pricing strategy reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus).
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, financial planning, or operational consulting, preferably in facilities management, janitorial, or other low-margin service industries.
- English/ Spanish Bilingual. (Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in cost reduction, turnaround support, and vendor management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP/reporting systems.
- Proven ability to synthesize data, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and drive strategic outcomes.
- A self-starter and strong self-motivator who can produce exceptional work with minimal supervision.

What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making within our Facilities Services organization. This role plays a critical part in driving margin improvement, vendor cost optimization, and turnaround initiatives across a portfolio of low-margin, labor-intensive operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong financial acumen, and possesses a sharp ability to identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis, vendor renegotiation, and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of Operation.
This position is located in Tampa, FL and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Only candidates located in the Tampa Bay area will be considered.
