What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions with both business and technology partners to define and map business requirements
- Write precise technical specifications based on interactions with business and technology teams
- Oversee the completion of assigned project work while focusing on customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application capabilities and business processes
- Support user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technology area
- Strong skills in Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze risks and develop plans to minimize them
- Experience working with developers, both onshore and offshore
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work within deadlines
- Experience in business analysis and project/product support
- Familiarity with data models and data reporting
