Using your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask questions, understand our Business drivers and needs, and bring order and precision to scope and requirements.
Participate in small, self-managed agile teams involving members with different expertise and specialization.
Uncovering, analyzing, and facilitating the definition of solution requirements.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines while keeping the customer in focus
Using a variety of requirements modelling techniques - such as customer journey mapping, user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria, decision tables and business rules – to convey information.
Delivering documented solution requirements so that everyone has a clear and consistent understanding of the proposed solution. à
Using your strong communication skills to lead meetings and present information to all levels of the company.
Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, system demos and other SAFe ceremonies to push continuous improvement and productivity by following the team's accomplishments, identifying roadblocks and backlog prioritization.
Collaborate with the Product team to build a product roadmap of new features and enhancements that align with the overall company vision, product strategy, client commitments and release goals.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity
Solid, hands-on experience in writing the Business Requirements/ User Stories
Proven ability to proactively ask questions, analyze and influence, rather than merely react, and deliver
Testing Experience
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Agile/SAFe Knowledge is an asset
Knowledge of Manulife Bank products, systems and operations
Knowledge of the Bank technology platforms
Prior working experience in banking industry
Understanding of the financial/banking regulatory environment

Salary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
