      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the transition to a new statewide Child Welfare Case Management System (CW CM)
      - Manage submission and tracking of system defects and change requests
      - Provide regular status reports for projects and manage timelines to meet compliance requirements
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives
      - Investigate and resolve business operational and software issues reported by users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis processes, principles, practices, and techniques
      - Knowledge of data processing and analysis
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
      - Highly desired: 2 years of experience in the Child Welfare or Human Services field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - IIBA certification highly desirable
      - Experience with software development lifecycle, focusing on user requirements and user acceptance testing
