What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage deployment of HealthPlan applications in alignment with industry best practices
- Translate functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages
- Conduct research and analysis to validate existing benefit configurations
- Create design documents to capture findings related to FACETS benefit configurations
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 4 years of experience with healthcare payers, focusing on Claims, Benefits, and Care Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FACETS
- Experience with product and pricing configuration of TriZetto's Facets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience in a management consulting environment with regular travel
- Ability to write design documents and present them effectively
- Proficiency in estimating end-to-end delivery of integration projects
