- Designs basic studies, models, reports, and analyses.
- Pulls and stages basic data sets.
- Analyzes data or develops models using basic techniques.
- Participates in communications with clients (internal and external) and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience doing quantitative analyses.
- Experience manipulating data sets.
- Experience with quantitative methods.
- Experience developing and delivering results.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
- Experience with SAS programming or comparable.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- Master's degree in public health, statistics, epidemiology, mathematics, economics, actuarial science, or social or health sciences.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

About the company
Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
