- Identify areas for process improvement within the HR technology space within platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, knowledge management, telephony, chatbots, digital adoption platform and emerging AI solutions.
- Understanding of digital experience and self-service concepts.
- Building relationships and interacting with cross-functional teams, internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to better understand their challenges and identify how we can leverage technology or process redesign to assist in improving the employee experience.
- Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Analyzing business processes, multiple subsets of data and problem solving. Writing business requirements where needed.
- On-the-job training, plus targeted development opportunities to help you engage with your strengths and crystallize your career interests.

- Currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research.

Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made.
