What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze complex processes and systems, breaking them down into manageable components
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Write clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
- Create wireframes, data flow diagrams, and visualizations using tools like Visio
- Facilitate the rollout of new systems/processes and manage user adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT software/application projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with enterprise software such as Oracle and SQL Server
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and data flow diagrams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) for managing agile items and test plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in both Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and visual documentation using Visio
- Skilled in Business Process Modelling using Swim Lane and Flow Chart diagrams
- Experience in rolling out new systems/processes and managing user adoption
