What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate, collect, and report healthcare data
- Extract, manipulate, convert, and integrate data from various systems
- Write, modify, and execute various reports
- Maintain claims adjudication system and provider data
- Manage benefits-related documents and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or IT certification
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and related functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with report development and data mining software
- Four years of experience in computer applications or database administration
- Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
