What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the annual budget and monthly forecast process
- Analyze results across multiple metrics and create reports for effective analysis
- Plan, manage, and direct projects, including software selection and implementation
- Provide administrative support for the organization's budgeting software
- Train and assist the Business Analyst position
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Significant experience with databases, including query writing and report building
- Highly advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and macros
- Proficiency in Windows and other Microsoft applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in report analysis and building
- Retail data analysis experience required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
