      EMPLOYER: Lennox Industries Inc.

      JOB TITLE: Business Analyst II

      LOCATION: Richardson TX (Hybrid role, may work from home)

      DUTIES:

      • Lead the creation, development, and delivery of advanced reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external reporting agencies.
      • Design, build, and maintain complex visualization dashboards for various internal stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
      • Analyze large datasets (Internal & External) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and present findings to senior management.
      • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of business needs with technological solutions.
      • Collaborate with product management teams to provide analytics support for product strategy and decision-making.
      • Guide Product Managers & Product Marketing Managers, providing technical and analytical support to enhance Product Management capabilities.
      • Management of all Residential Product Hierarchy.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
      • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing rigorous data validation and quality assurance procedures.
      • Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and validation processes.
      • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies, recommending improvements and best practices.
      • Manage multiple BI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
      • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale data initiatives.
      • Utilize advanced statistical reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BEx and BO), Vendavo, Python and SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data.

      Qualifications

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Programmer Analyst, Business Technology Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following:
        • 3 years Performing Advanced Reporting and Dashboard Development using Qlik Sense, Power BI;
        • 3 years Performing Data Analysis and Insights Generation;
        • 3 years Performing Data Management and Analytic Programming Language;
        • 3 years Performing Quality Assurance and Data Validation; and
        • 2 years with Project Management.
