What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather business functional and reporting requirements through interviews and facilitation techniques
- Produce and maintain project deliverables such as entity model diagrams and project plans
- Validate design with users by providing proof of concept of proposed solutions
- Interact with technical architecture team on complex application implementations
- Provide expertise to the development team throughout the development lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design, and project management
- Strong understanding of business workflow and technical solutions
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) Certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience in conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Field service operations experience
- Supply chain experience
- D365 CE application experience
- Power BI application experience
- Working knowledge of Starship application
