What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Regulatory Change Management Processes, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of implementation activities
- Serve as a liaison for Records Retention activities
- Act as Business Continuity Plan owner, administrator, or coordinator
- Manage Business Process Management and Control Documentation, including process and control inventory management
- Coordinate business compliance or risk projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
- Current or former experience working as a contractor or contingent worker for the employer or any of its subsidiaries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Regulatory Change Management activities
- Experience with Issues Management, Business Process Management, Control Documentation, and/or RCSA
- Experience working in Archer
- Experience collaborating with leadership on Business Continuity Planning
- Experience partnering with Business Risk & Control Advisory teams
