What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, and SQL
- Leverage advanced Tableau functionality to create analytical dashboards
- Extensive knowledge in various reporting Tableau objects
- Understanding of Data Warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ETL tools like DataStage and Informatica
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
