Job Title: Business Analyst III

Location: Tualatin, OR - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ month contract
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and work on a critical Data Compliance project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of, data management, and business analysis methodologies. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all data handling processes align with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements related to data compliance. Ensure requirements are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with project goals.
• Data Mapping and Analysis: Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to map data flows, identify gaps, and ensure data integrity across systems. Analyze existing processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance data compliance and governance. Ensure that processes are scalable and sustainable.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and compliance reports. Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and compliance teams. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in the design and execution of testing strategies to validate compliance with data handling processes. Ensure that all testing aligns with the project’s regulatory requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new processes and compliance requirements. Develop training materials as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to data compliance and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
