What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product owners to define software initiatives that align with strategic objectives
- Develop user stories, use cases, and flow charts to convey project scope
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true needs
- Assist with Sprint testing and user acceptance testing
- Identify and analyze business needs, define project scope and objectives, and work with business users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical and product management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Back Office bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or cruise industry
