- Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably a junior or senior standing student
- Good communication, both written and verbal
- Experience with Visio and Microsoft office Suite
- Critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Interpersonal skill
- Ability to gather requirements and collaborate the technical options with the business need
- Research, document and work across departments.
- Verify requirements and workflows
- Monitor for new and changing requirements
- Assist with product User Acceptance Testing
- Business performance and variance analysis

Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our Product Development team Summer of 2024. This opportunity will allow an intern to gain an understanding of rural health and the health insurance industry, design and implementation of new reporting and managing projects.
This paid internship will be located at our corporate headquarters in Meridian, ID but, may have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity at some level.
