      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate communication with product management teams and clients to identify product needs and priorities
      - Elicit business and functional requirements and document them for new products and solutions
      - Review current and future-state business processes and recommend workflow improvements
      - Provide subject matter expertise in medical research compliance and ethics
      - Train and support stakeholders on IRB processes and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. work authorization
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytical Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields
      - Minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of process management and workflow optimization
      - Experience with ERP systems such as Workday or Salesforce
      - Experience in research administration and compliance
