      The Business Analyst (IS App Analyst 3)-Justice Integration Services is a non-Civil Service position located in the Justice Integration Services department. This position performs the technical and analytical duties involved in designing, testing, installing, and implementing software solutions.

      • The ability to thoroughly document current business process and perform gap analysis as required.
      • The ability to elicit requirements and prepare all necessary technical documents.
      • The ability to translate business needs and collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle.
      • The ability to, and experience with, writing and maintaining test scripts.
      • The ability to thoroughly test application functionality.
      • Experience with creating training manuals.
      • The ability to train managers and end-users.
      • Exceptional communication skills with all skill and management levels of an organization.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Working knowledge of Crystal Reporting.
      • Working knowledge of Visio.
