      - Identify and clarify innovative business solutions related to strategic goals

      - Develop Business Analysis Practice and Framework
      - Document business value propositions and maintain focus on value throughout projects
      - Foster partnerships with customers and business partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis
      - Thorough knowledge of group insurance products
      - Expertise in analyzing and drafting complex contract documents
      - Leadership skills to mentor and train colleagues
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Membership in local business analysis association
      - Progress toward certifications such as FLMI, CBAP, or CCBA
      - Experience in Process or Performance Management
      - Master's Degree in Business or related field
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
