- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Analyze data to identify business trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Support testing and validation of new solutions or process improvements.
- Communicate insights and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Use JIRA for managing user stories, tasks, and progress tracking.
- Business Analysis: Strong experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA, requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Data Analysis: Ability to work with large datasets, generate insights, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Salesforce (Nice to Have): Prior experience or familiarity with Salesforce to understand CRM-related requirements and enhancements.
