- Create & maintain reports that showcase analyzed financial results to different departments or leadership levels that include key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and visualizations that present results in a digestible format
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Be responsible for both ad hoc analysis & assisting with development of financial reporting for Accounting, Finance and Store Operations departments
- Grow into an associate that eventually works autonomously to complete projects from ideation to final deliverable
- Approach current reporting issues with a different mindset and viewpoint that leads to new solutions to old problems
- Compile and analyze data from multiple sources utilizing reporting tools to reach conclusions through interpretation of data and present results in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate across multiple business areas to streamline and automate daily tasks, increasing business effectiveness and efficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Recent college graduate
- Strategic and analytical skills
- Microsoft Suite experience in undergraduate courses

Job Summary:
The Finance Analyst will work across multiple departments to create financial models and analysis of KPIs to review and project current and future success of the organization’s goals and strategies. The role will require you to gather data and key trends to validate assumptions made in the modeling process. You will be contributing to the development of the organization’s strategic vision.
