      Job Description

      Cintas is currently seeking a Business Analyst Level 2 for the Emerging Technology team who will be primarily focused on Cloud-based applications and related integrations to multiple systems, and will be responsible for: working on small to large complex IT projects providing business analysis knowledge to enable business processes to be translated into documented functional requirements; performing functional configuration and support duties; and maintaining a high level of competency regarding the configuration of Google Cloud Platform, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging best practices.

      Responsibilities:

      • Analyze current Cloud applications and related business processes in Cintas
      • Document configuration and changes implemented as per best practices
      • Work with technical resources in their understanding of functional requirements to be implemented
      • Prepare test cases and perform testing as directed for assigned systems, including user acceptance testing and regression testing

      Skills/Qualifications

      Required:

      • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • Minimum 4 years of business analysis or Cintas business experience
      • Minimum 4 years of experience working collaboratively with different teams
      • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation, and support of business applications

      Preferred:

      • Knowledge of Cloud computing
      • Knowledge of working with frontend and backend technologies
