What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document business needs, processes, and workflows to recommend effective technology solutions
- Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
- Support backlog refinement activities to ensure accurate prioritization and scope management
- Collaborate with end users and technical teams to validate functionality and confirm solutions meet all program and stakeholder needs
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and successful outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Demonstrated experience analyzing business needs and translating those needs into clear technical requirements or user stories
- Experience in backlog refinement and requirements management for technology projects
- Ability to work effectively with both end users and technical teams to validate functionality and ensure alignment with program objectives
