- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders from clinical, administrative, and IT departments to gather detailed business requirements for digital projects.
- Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired digital solutions, providing recommendations for improvements.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse and interpret data from systems to support project decisions, using insights to drive process improvements and inform leadership on project progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for continuous improvement within the PMO processes and project delivery frameworks based on analysis and lessons learned.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with healthcare regulations (e.g. GDPR) and align with the organisations data security and privacy policies.
- Clinical Safety: Work closely with clinical teams to ensure that digital solutions support service user safety, data integrity, and improved outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working in a PMO or digital services team.
- Proven experience in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment, with knowledge of healthcare & business systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Strong track record in supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects, particularly within healthcare or digital services team desirable
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical, technical, and business teams.
