Job Description:

The Digital Business Analyst role will involve analysing, defining, and shaping strategic outcomes to deliver digital solutions for TCS clients. Working closely with client and internal colleagues, you will gain in-depth understanding of our customers’ business strategy and processes and deliver digital capabilities.

Responsibilities:

· Work with project and digital solutions team to support solution formulation through collaboration with product leads, UX team, Solution Architecture team, etc.

· Assists in the preparation of project scope, goals and deliverables templates and project documents.

· Formulate and obtain agreements on business and functional requirements for customer journeys with stakeholders that will meet the business needs; craft and deliver user stories and epics that will supported UI / UX, prototype and product development.

· Ensure target-to-be processes, requirements and digital experiences are understood and agreed by relevant parties.

· Provide input to the establishment of innovative business solutions to meet strategic, tactical, and operational requirements.

· Produce clear and effective documentation of both a detailed and descriptive nature, using graphical and statistical information, where required, to communicate requirements, business solution. options and feasibility assessments to different stakeholder audiences.

· Provide coaching and mentoring to junior BA on business an alysis and solution development.

· Facilitate & drive workshops and meetings to an outcome.

Key Skills Required:

· Relevant years of solid business analysis experiences.

· Strong grasp and understanding of the UK Life and Pensions industry, products, and key processes.
