We are seeking an Business Financial Analyst for our Madison, WI location. The role will work with Product Management and TA (Technology and Analytics) leadership to develop and deploy solutions. The key responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing data, improving processes, assessing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders. A qualified individual is also expected to actively assist system owners with questions regarding analysis of output, being able to trace an issue from the symptom to cause is paramount in this role and often requires understanding of financial and banking processes.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job. One year of experience in product analysis or design.. Banking experience preferred.
