What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate business goals and objectives into strategic business capabilities by developing and implementing solutions
- Identify areas of improvement and manage process improvement projects to support innovation and competitiveness
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Develop and manage internal project plans, monitor performance, and report status to leadership
- Mentor, coach, and train team members to meet department goals and support their professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Five years of relevant experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to senior management
- Previous involvement or knowledge in the deployment or optimization of systems preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the medical device industry preferred
- Experience with process improvement techniques and tools, such as Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle preferred
- Experience working with project management programs such as Workfront preferred
