- Support the enhancement of the Greater Manchester Care Record and interventions to increase its usage, utility, and effectiveness. Ensuring that staff are trained in the new ways of working.
- Understand HInM's key business objectives and Greater Manchester's Health and Care Digital Transformation Strategy.
- Maintain a user and patient/citizen focus throughout their work and support the project team to ensure the innovation delivers for the patient.
- Undertake discussions, in their development areas, with stakeholders to understand extremely complex user needs across multiple existing systems and communicate this well, with some barriers to understanding.
- Apply design expertise to analyse current business practices to enable full documentation and provide the recommended solutions, using own judgement and analysis of the data.
- Responsible for ensuring documentation, deliverables and specifications are created and maintained in line with the programme development.
- Working with and supporting stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Investigate business problems and create models that help analyse these potentially complex situations.
- Support the planning, design, and execution of user testing efforts, ensure testing activity is completed, tracked and is consistent with requirement needs.

Health Innovation Manchester are looking for a motivated individual with health sector experience to work alongside the Insight & Intelligence and Digital teams to understand, analyse, and deliver interventions to improve patient care. The post holder will have expertise in business analysis or adjacent disciplines, and in the application of an analytical approach in complex public sector or healthcare environments.
The postholder will support the Digital Programme Director and Senior Business Analyst on Digital Transformation programmes across Greater Manchester in relation to digital innovation, interoperability, data and systems management and data provisioning.
