Play a strategic role with the Business teams to analyze and optimize processes within the domains in scope to improve efficiency and optimize systems.
Analyze and document the business objectives and solution by focusing on the Why, What and How. Prioritize clear and efficient visual representation.
Identify and manage the gaps between the requirements and the solution.
Work closely with and be the link for various cross-functional and development teams.
Participate actively in various continuous improvement projects, including planning, testing, and handover activities, always prioritizing the customer experience and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, a positive demeanour and a go-getter attitude.
The ability to summarize complex ideas and communicate with multiple levels of hierarchy.
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingualism in French and English (written and oral); Spanish would be an asset.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or other relevant subject areas and/or proven Business Analyst professional experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Good knowledge of ERP and MES in a Manufacturing context (Specifically SAP).
An understanding of IT operational processes.
Experience with Agile methodology.

We are looking for a business analyst whose mission will be to help the organization achieve its objectives by managing the scope and requirements for manufacturing and asset management projects.
