      Job Description:
      The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.

      The Business Banking Regional Analyst is responsible for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Banking region and market sales leaders by empowering them with the most robust, timely, accurate and insightful sales performance information in the entire company. Business Analysts work directly with the region executive, performance executive, performance managers, business support executive and market executives providing analytical support as:

      Data-driven consultants that obtain data, turn it into information and generate insight into trends, productivity gaps and variability across the region.
      Reporting SMEs that train the teams they support to quickly and easily find the information they need, help them interpret reporting correctly and translate it into coaching priorities, and serve as the point of contact on all reporting-related questions.
      Ad hoc analytical resources with the ability to address questions that cannot be readily answered with the available standard reporting by pulling custom dataset and creating unique visualizations.
      Performance experts that create weekly and monthly performance updates and business review materials for regional and national leadership routines

      As a core member of the regional leadership team, the position requires the incumbent to be able to think strategically and perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management and work closely with other organizations within the LOB. Candidates must have a proven track record of converting data into information that generates actionable insights into business performance and then communicating those insights to an executive or sales leader audience.

      Required Skills:

      5+ years experience using advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookup, and cubevalue formulas) to perform core day-to-day job responsibilities
      2+ years experience using or creating performance reporting to perform core day-to-day job responsibilities
      2+ years experience creating data-centric presentations with effective data visualization techniques and presenting that content to a leadership audience
      2+ years experience working in or directly supporting Business Banking or Small Business
      High level of business acumen regarding business products, sales processes and coaching routines

      Preferred Skills:

      SQL proficiency
      VBA proficiency
      Tableau proficiency

      Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $75,800.00 - $115,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
