      The Business Change Analyst is responsible for assisting and supporting the successful planning, delivery and implementation of business change initiatives in the organisation.

      Job Description:

      Change Planning & Delivery – Support Project and/or Business Change Manager to create and maintain communications plan in relation to Business Change Management and provide guidance to project teams in the development of change management plans and communications.
      Change Needs Analysis - Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and change.
      Communications & Training - Support Project and/or Business Change Manager to develop and maintain communication plans and in the delivery of training and development activities to ensure that staff can implement and maintain changes effectively.
      Business Readiness – Provide support in preparing and updating business readiness criteria before implementation.
      Stakeholder Management - Engages with stakeholders to collate information to formulate the stakeholder engagement plan. Work with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure that the changes are understood, planned, and implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
      Risk & Benefit Management - Monitor and report on progress against change initiatives, identifying and escalating any issues or risks.
      Continuous Improvement - Work with the Business Change Manager to ensure that lessons learned from change initiatives are captured and used to inform future activities.
