DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Define the delivery of features for a program of work by articulating user-stories, writing functional and non- functional requirement documents, and executing a go-to-market (launch and feedback) plan. Analyze complex client workflows and datasets. Design solutions in partnership with users, the UX team, architecture, and the software engineering feature team. Understand customer needs and business drivers to shape appropriate solutions. Hold the role of Product Owner in Agile ceremonies and resolve blockers. Ensure appropriate use of data in features and continuous improvement of data standards. Accountable for the quality of the end-user experience through user research and stakeholder relationships. Ensure features delivered on the platform are valuable to end-users and contribute to the program’s objectives and key results. Monitor the success of deliverables, and influence the roadmap with iterations that will provide continued improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, IT Associate, IT Consultant or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, IT Associate, IT Consultant or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile methodologies including conducting sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; project management tools including Jira for backlog management, task tracking, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables; UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production validation; financial payments systems including deal management, voice of the customer, and client 360; SQL; development methodologies; Miro/Lucidchart; UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces; CRM; Creating and maintaining project documentations, requirements, roadmaps.to showcase product strategy, feature prioritization, release timelines; and Confluence.
Job Location: 1230 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020.
Full-Time. Salary: $180,300 - $195,000 per year.
