      Salary Range

      The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

      Reporting Structure

      The Business Analyst reports directly to the VP, Financial Planning & Analyst.

      What You’ll Be Responsible For:

      • Monitor and analyze sales performance, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and profitability metrics
      • Monitor SKU and category performance and productivity.
      • Conduct detailed planning & financial analyses and generate dynamic sustainable reports to support decision-making processes.
      • Work closely with Finance, Planning, and IT teams to address complex problems and ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
      • Assist in the development and execution of financial and product planning strategies.
      • Develop and maintain large, sustainable models in the companies’ planning & finance platforms (Anaplan, MS Dynamics, others).
      • Utilize SQL, Power Query, Power BI, and other data manipulation tools to manage and analyze large datasets.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy

      Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Planning, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
      • 2-3 years in planning, analytics, or a related field. Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
      • Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, and other data manipulation tools.
      • Familiarity with automation and dashboard creation using Anaplan, Power BI, Adaptive, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms.
      • In-depth experience with modeling and data analysis.
      • Solid understanding of financial statements
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
      • A desire to continuously improve, learn, and innovate to help the company build its capabilities
