What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and document required data and information for the senior analyst team
- Understand business processes and requirements of voluntary agencies, eliciting requirements through interviews and surveys
- Communicate and collaborate with OCFS staff and local social services district staff to analyze information needs
- Provide support for data integrity in CONNECTIONS related to Casework Contacts
- Assist in the execution of project activities, ensuring timely distribution of materials and team communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12 months experience working directly with users in a health and human service environment
- 12 months experience providing non-technical computer support
- 12 months experience using software to collect, filter, process, create, and distribute data
- 12 months experience creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations
- Bachelor's degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12 months experience performing information activities to support the implementation of an automated service system
- 12 months experience with the use of SQL
- 12 months experience facilitating or providing technical assistance to users/groups to improve current business practices
