Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
Document current processes and provide recommendations for best practices and automation.
Employ various techniques to gather and document business requirements.
Collaborate with clients to define needs and develop solutions.
Prioritize requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Facilitate discussions to align stakeholder priorities.
Communicate effectively with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
Present findings and proposed solutions to various audiences.
Support delivery teams through development, testing, and deployment phases.
Ensure accurate interpretation of requirements in team output.
Participate in software testing and quality assurance processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and ServiceNow.
Contribute to the development of standardized processes and templates.
US Citizenship Required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including plain language writing.
Experience with IT service delivery methodologies and practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint Online, MS Forms, and MS Planner.
Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Ability to work independently with general supervision and multitask effectively.
ServiceNow ITIL user experience.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of PMBOK and ITIL frameworks.
Proficiency with Visio for process modeling.
Experience with PowerBI and basic SQL knowledge.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
