      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and user needs for digital products and services
      - Analyze current processes and systems to recommend improvements and gather business requirements into functional requirements
      - Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process maps
      - Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements
      - Analyze key performance indicators to assess product performance and facilitate user feedback sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent experience
      - Knowledge of methodologies for systems analysis, business process modeling, and project management principles
      - Strong analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources and translate into functional requirements
      - Ability to develop and write technical documentation
      - Must obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Child Support Services
      - PMI certification, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
      - Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
      - Experience working with COTS, SDLC, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
      - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
