What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and assist with the design and development of the Criminal Division's Case Management System (PROSECUTORbyKarpel - PbK)
- Provide customer support for PbK, responding to service requests and assisting end-users
- Develop and execute training plans and materials for PbK users
- Manage the Division's intranet (SharePoint) webpage creation and modification
- Write and maintain technical documentation and user manuals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in database/software administration or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance/testing tools
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and consent to undergo a criminal background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Experience with database management and software training
- Familiarity with the PROSECUTORbyKarpel (PbK) system
- Experience in developing training materials and facilitating classes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
