What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between Product and Support teams to enhance communication and efficiency
- Support the Digital Product team with the Oracle-Cerner application and custom-built applications
- Develop feedback loops and prioritize support requests for product teams
- Manage multiple projects and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Provide end-user support and streamline business processes to improve efficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant experience with an EHR application such as Cerner or Epic
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email etiquette
- Proven ability to meet and accomplish goals with strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with managers at all levels
