      Job Description:

      LOCATION

      Onsite work from our Jacksonville, FL office is required with flexibility to work remote up to 2 days per week.

      SUMMARY

      Conducts various types of research and analysis to support the business operations for ICE Mortgage Technology's Data and Analytics division. Assists management to resolve business issues in an effective and productive manner. Designs, documents, and reengineers business processes and publishes business metric results.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment
      • Performs research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to management
      • Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve and deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
      • Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues and develops recommendations to solve business operations
      • Identifies and implements best practices and suggests how to improve current practices
      • Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI
      • Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics
      • May perform special projects upon request and on occasion
      • May prepare reports for financial and P&L analyses
      • Performs other related duties as assigned

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education, training, and work experience
      • Requires 0-3+ years of business analysis, operational, or analytical related experience

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Knowledge of ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, and capabilities
      • Knowledge of the industry project management best practices (i.e., Project Management Body of Knowledge-PMBOK)
      • Knowledge of general business, corporate operations, and structure
      • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Project, Access, etc.)
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel
      • Basic knowledge of SQL queries
      • Experience with PowerBI or similar tool
      • Verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels within the organization
      • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
      • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information, sharing ideas, and suggesting innovative solutions
