Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather and synthesize information to provide impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research, gather and synthesize information to provide impactful data-driven solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Investment Banking and Agile Requirement Management. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in data analysis and data-driven decision making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
