What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document business processes and user needs
- Identify and define business requirements while managing moderately complex requirement conflicts
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Manage small projects and develop project plans, monitoring project performance
- Implement, test, and deploy solutions to business problems while supporting organizational change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a business analyst role or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
