  Job Description:

  • Serve as a bridge between technology teams and the business and focus on analyzing, documenting, and validating business needs in relation to system functionality.
  • Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional system requirements
  • Mapping existing system capabilities to business requirements
  • Understanding current and future state system functionality and how the business leverages technology and key data points to meet its needs
  • As needed supporting strategy definition, defining goals and requirements for program and projects
  • Supporting continuous improvement in technology and processes
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
  • Experience working in Bank Applications as Business Analyst
