What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations
- Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights
- Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data extraction and manipulation
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data integrity and ensure system functionality
- Document business processes, data sources, and identify opportunities for process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics
- Experience working with healthcare data and understanding claims processing
- Proficiency in SQL querying and business intelligence (BI) tools
- Experience managing large datasets and multiple databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis
- Experience with additional reporting software beyond Tableau and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear reports
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
