What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit and analyze information from various sources to understand problems and opportunities
- Facilitate collaborative meetings with product managers, business units, and technical teams
- Identify gaps in systems and processes and guide cross-department teams to resolve them
- Create written requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories for core banking software
- Develop process flows, context diagrams, wireframes, and visual models to communicate functional requirements
- Demonstrate understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Pay attention to detail and produce clear, complete, and correct written communication
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and tasks while coordinating communication channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of banking experience
- Some experience with internal/back-office operations (DDA, GL, loans, teller) is a plus
- Core banking platform experience
- Experience contributing to cross-department technology projects in the banking industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to write unambiguous, verified requirements to a testable level
- Facilitation and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of banking experience
- In-depth knowledge of internal/back-office banking operations
- Previous experience in cross-department technology projects within the banking industry
