Position Overview:
The Business Analyst is a critical member of the Customer Care Team working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Insulet’s Customer Care functions through business processes definition, analysis of business problems, proposal/design/implementation of solutions, and continued partnership development with our IT and Commercial team. The Associate BA will focus on projects and processes related to Customer Care working cross functionally across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex business and systems analysis work including requirements gathering and user story creation in JIRA via information gathering sessions with stakeholders and technical staff. Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements working alongside the business and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies: daily scrum, planning and grooming sessions, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Work with Product Owner for Identity and Access Management, developers, business process owners, contractors, business partners, and other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Global Customer Experience, Customer Care, Product Support, Field Sales, and other departments within IT to straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Help improve processes.
• Assist in developing supporting documentation such as system requirement specifications, functional test scripts, process flows, mockups, system interface diagrams, and system validation.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Communicate the status of enhancements and open production support tickets.
• Develop user acceptance test plans, coordinate test activities, participate in UAT exercises and/or help execute test components.
• Primary Level 4 support for Identity and Access Management issues in production environment.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a Business Analyst or similar position working, ideally working Salesforce.com or other enterprise CRMs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or working with a commercial organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or any other regulatory-controlled industry.
