Job Description

- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
- BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and recommend solutions that meet business requirements and align with overall organizational goals.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to ensure clear understanding and communication across teams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making. Provide regular reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and perform testing to ensure that systems and processes meet business requirements and function as intended.
- Support the change management process, including user training, documentation updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend process or system enhancements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
