Position Description:
Business analyst for one of the projects around Retail domain with experience in SAFe/Agile/Kanban model and worked in Walmart/Tesco
Business analysis and domain experience in Retail domain.
Good proficiency
Agile SAFe or Kanban
Good Knowledge Screen design (Prototypes) tools like Figma, Axure, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, AdobeXD
Analytical and creative thinking.
Identifying root cause analysis / Troubleshooting
Preparation of Requirement traceability matrix
Possess effective communication skills, team Interaction skills,
Able to work independently.
Worked with Agile Methodology
Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel)
Worked with Jira, Confluence, Splash tool
Working with France or European team/clients (Preferred)
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and Own the short-term roadmap for MVPs.
> Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that min 2-3
sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
> Engage frequently with the development teams; facilitate discussions, provide clarification,
story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation.
> Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation as per onshore
requests and needs.
> Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through
ambiguity.
> Routinely collaborate with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and
Contribute to design activities and decisions
> Be regarded as an expert in Agile Methodology; translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units
through problem decomposition and planning
> Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between product manager and engineering team.
> Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and help organization gain the competitive edge
Possess the ability to define acceptance criteria and validate if the developed user stories meet these criteria
Ability to demonstrate product features and explain the details
