      This role, based in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data programme, works collaboratively with the programme team and business stakeholders to understand business change needs, translate these into specific requirements to be addressed by the programme and support their delivery.

      The role acts as a key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams., The role will help to ensure the identified business needs are addressed by the programme’s outputs and facilitates interaction and alignment across stakeholders.

      You’ll be involved in and lead on various elements of the programme as well as be involved in coordination of the work of data analysts to ensure the programme delivers its key milestones. No specific existing knowledge of ESG data is required, but an understanding of the principles of good data and project management and the requirements of statutory and regulatory reporting will be an advantage.

      • Leading effective engagement with project team members and stakeholders in support of robust and successful project outputs
      • Taking a lead role in the elicitation of requirements and requirements engineering, maintaining a core focus on the projects objectives throughout
      • Producing written documentation to support analysis, reporting on findings and to present stakeholders when necessary
      • Providing challenges and scrutiny around selection of the chosen approach and delivery of the change in support of a successful outcome for the business
      • Defining analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the programme and the preferred methodology of the organisation

      What you’ll bring

      • Excellent analytical and modelling skills, analytical mindset, evidence-based approach, with Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
      • Experience operating in a project / programme environment, working with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and meeting deadlines

      It would also be nice for you to have

      • Strong knowledge of investigation techniques, business process modelling, requirements development and impact assessment
      • Understanding of the data requirements associated with statutory and regulatory reporting
      • Problem solving skills (breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, vetting assumptions, create frameworks)

      This role is based in Milton Keynes, and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

      This is a Secondment/Fixed term contract until 31st of December 2024

      • We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
      • 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
