      Location Toronto
      Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day
      • A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years of Business Analyst
      services within the federal government, agencies, crown corporations or provincial government sectors
      • Certificate:
      IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
      IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
      IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
      IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)
      PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI/PBA)
      • Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for software development,Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects.
      • Experience using visual modelling and design tools, and business process modelling (except BPMN diagram).
      • Experience producing Business Cases and/or Option Analysis.
      • Experience documenting business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
      • experience using use cases and epics/user stories to document requirements.
      • As a BA, facilitating meetings, preparing and delivering presentations to project stakeholders, specially executive level representatives, regarding business changes, trade-offs, risks and solutions.
      • Possesses a 2+ year's community college diploma or university degree in computer science, information technology, information management or business administration
